• Packages are billed with a smaller minimum upfront

• Clients will be asked to send us measurements

• Clients will receive floor plans, mood boards, and furniture selections all digitally

• Clients are expected to place their own orders when possible and schedule deliveries

• LBD will manage the entire process, track items, and ensure correct placement via FaceTime
